2. Information We Collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and avatar URL to create and identify your account.

Learning data: the topics you create, learning history, favorites, and playback progress, used to provide cross-device features such as Continue learning.

Technical data: access logs and device/browser information, used to keep the Service secure and improve the experience.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only to: provide and maintain the core features of the Service; generate learning content related to your chosen topics; sync your learning progress and preferences after you sign in; and improve service quality and security.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, nor use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

4. Storage and Third-Party Services

Your account and learning data are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Content generation and speech synthesis are handled by third-party model and voice services; we only transmit the necessary text content and never your account identity.

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you review as well.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to keep your preferences such as language, voice, exploration mode, and the most recent learning entry. This data stays on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing browser data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and learning data while you use the Service. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Signing out does not delete your history; for complete deletion, reach out via the contact information below.

7. Minors

The Service is not directed at children under 14. If you are a minor, please use the Service under the supervision of a guardian and make sure the guardian has agreed to this policy.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
